Vacation

Before heading to Utah for our family vacation, Trever and Cate spent the weekend in California. Trever had an overnight surf trip planned with some good friends and a wedding to attend on Saturday, so he needed to go to California before our trip to Utah. I had originally planned to keep Cate with me and was going to try and tackle the flight alone with my pregnant belly and two little girls. Trever and his parents highly encouraged me not to go through with this crazy idea, so Cate made the trip with Trever and was able to enjoy some extra hugs and attention from Grandma and Grandpa.

Cate had a great time playing with new toys, swinging in Grandpa's porch swing, playing in the Land Cruiser and going to the beach. I sure missed her while she was gone but it was fun to have some one on one time with Jane, and to have a more relaxed weekend and airplane ride. Here are a few pictures from the weekend.
