NYC Day #5
Our last day in NYC involved more sleeping in and more good food. After attending church, we walked through Central Park and saw Sheep’s Meadow, Bathseba Fountain, and the Mall. It was a gorgeous day and the park was packed with people and performers. These pictures aren't my favorite but have to be posted because it's rare that we post photos with the two of us.

We took a cab from Central Park to the Boat Basin and had lunch on the Hudson river. It was such a pretty day and it was fun to be outside. After a quick lunch, walked back to Will and Julia’s to pack and pick up the car for the drive to La Guardia. On last stop was made at Levain Bakery to partake of the best cookies in NYC. We got the chocolate chip walnut and dark chocolate peanut butter. The cookies were huge and probably some of the best we have ever had. Over the weekend Trever tried twice to make their cookies. I think he did a good job, although I am not sure that anything can compare to the real deal.
Thanks Will and Julia for hosting and for all of the fabulous recommendations. We look forward to seeing you at Thanksgiving!
