December celebrations
After birthday season and Thanksgiving, the celebrations continued at our house. On Saturday, December 6th we celebrated St. Nicholas Day. The night before, we put all of our shoes by the door and filled our shoes with food for St. Nicholas Day. The next morning our shoes were filled with treats. This has been fun Burgon tradition that we are trying to keep alive. Our girls are always up for more candy and holiday fun.
The weekend before Christmas we gathered with the Souza family to celebrate Christmas. It was so fun to see them and spend a few hours together.

After spending the afternoon wit the Souzas, we met up with my Mom and Jeff to have dinner and exchange gifts. We had a delicious dinner together and the girls had fun playing with toys (old and new). The lighting isn't great on these pictures but you get the idea.
And last but not least, we meet up with the Brubakers and Burgons to celebrate the blessing of baby Drew. Drew is the sweetest baby and I like to hold him any chance I get. After sacrament meeting we had brunch with Will's family. Here area a few pictures from the day.
This is what things really look like when I try to take pictures.
It has been a busy month but we are glad we were able to gather together with our families. Our girls especially love spending time with their grandparents and cousins, and for that I am grateful!
