Father's Day

We spent Father's Day weekend in at the Burgons with some of our favorite dads + grandpa! On Saturday we had lunch at Pizza My Heart and spent time in downtown Santa Cruz. The girls had a great time playing with cousins and jumping on the trampoline at Grandma + Grandpa's house.. On Sunday we went to church. The girls joined the primary children and sang, "My Dad." It's always fun to have them sing on these special days. After church we pulled together a delicious meal and ate out on the deck. It was a hot but perfect afternoon and we had a great time being with family.

These girls are the luckiest to have Trever as their dad. They send him off with bone breaking hugs in the morning and are thrilled to greet him at the door when he gets home. He is the calm amongst the storm and always brightens our days. He has endless patience and is always up for an adventure. We all feel extremely blessed to have him as the main man in our lives. We love you Trever!

The girls made really sweet cards and gifts for Trever. The pasta ties were a hit!

Lizzie made this darling picture at preschool. Here teachers really are the best!

Jane made this at school and I love the things she wrote about Trever.

Cate's card for Trever. She is really into bubble letters right now and has been doing a great job!
