Heat wave

It's all relative but it has been quite warm here the past few days. I was able to get out for a walk on Friday and it felt SO good to be outside. It was overcast and a little gloomy but it was still beautiful. The sidewalks were a little icy but I had Jane's trusty stroller to keep me steady. We were able to make it through most of the neighborhoods and only got stuck in the snow a few times. I think the highlight of the walk was seeing construction workers eating their lunch around a bonfire. In a residential neighborhood I might add. What the heck? Is that what they do here in Illinois?
