Roomies

Jane and Cate have been sharing a room for almost a month. It was a little rocky at first but overall it has been much better. Cate is still very giddy about sharing a room with her big sister and sometimes has trouble settling down at night. She is also waking up at 6:00 or 6:30 am each morning, bouncing around in her bed and ready to party. You can sometimes hear her saying, "Hi Jane!" This is NOT the problem we thought we would have. You see, Cate is our sleeper and would always sleep an hour or so later than Jane in the morning. I was afraid that Jane would be waking Cate up but ironically Cate has been waking Jane up. Cate has been a little more cranky in the mornings due to her lack of sleep or... maybe it's just the fact that she is almost 2. Here's to hoping that both of these girls will sleep until at least 7 am on a regular basis. The 6 o'clock hour is a little early for us right now.
